What deposit do your require?

25% of the booking total cost

When will I have to pay the balance for my stay?

Your balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date

What methods of payment do you offer?

You can pay by BACS.

What is the earliest time I can check-in?

From 4pm

Can I have a late check-out?

We try to accommodate where possible but if we have back to back bookings, sadly this will not be possible

How do you clean for Covid risks?

We follow all up to date guidelines ensuring that all our products conform to European standard

Do you accept dogs and how many?

Yes, 2 well behaved dogs, possibly more by arrangement size dependant

Are towels and bedlinen included?

Yes all linen, towels and robes are provided. Please bring your own beach towels

Can I charge my electric vehicle at the cottage?

We do have an EV charger at Sea Dreams. This is chargeable option and fees apply

Is there a BBQ?

Yes but please bring your own charcoal

Do you have free wi-fi?

Yes

Do you have baby equipment?

We have a travel cot and high chair – please request as we don’t leave these in the property

Do you offer short breaks all year round?

Short breaks are available all year round with exception of the summer holidays which are week bookings only

I have restricted mobility. Is the cottage suited to my needs?

Sea Dreams has a step up into the shower cubicle. There is also a step down from the kitchen to the conservatory, there is a grab rail to assist

What days are check-in?

Changeover days are Friday and Monday

How far away is the beach?

The beach is a 10 minute stroll away

Is the garden enclosed?

Yes the rear garden is enclosed

Is there a breakage deposit?

There is a breakage deposit of £150

How many cars does the drive hold?

Two cars

Is there a washing machine?

Yes

Is there a dishwasher?

No
